Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g beetroot
  • 1 apple
  • 40 g onion(s)
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil or olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seeds
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mühlenberg style

Wash the beets and boil for about 20 minutes, then let them cool and peel them. Wash, peel, quarter, and core the apple. Finely grate the beets and apple. Add the very finely diced onions, stir in the oil, and season with salt, pepper, caraway, and vinegar. Let it marinate and season again before serving.
