Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pineapple (from a can if necessary)
  • 200 g raspberries, frozen, thawed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Great, low-calorie snack not just for kids.

Cut the pineapple into approximately 10cm sticks. For the ketchup, mash the raspberries with a fork. Serve the raspberry ketchup separately with the pineapple fries.
