Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slice(s) turkey breast, small
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
- 400 ml cream
- 400 g sour cream (2 cups)
- 2 tsp, levelled pepper, black
- 4 tsp mustard, tarragon
- 1 tsp tarragon, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the turkey breast. Then remove it and keep it warm. Sauté the onions and garlic cloves, then add the cream and sour cream. Season to taste. Add the turkey breast and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with croquettes or rice.
