Tear the naan bread into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and add the bread pieces. Fry the bread pieces, turning occasionally. In the meantime, break the egg and put it in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and mix with a fork. Finely chop the washed chives with scissors over the bowl and stir to combine. Halve the cherry tomatoes and fold in. Mix in the onion and garlic. Spread the egg and tomato mixture over the bread pieces in the pan, let the egg set slightly. Then turn the mixture over a few times in the pan until the egg mixture has the desired consistency. Arrange on a plate, garnish, and serve. This portion has approximately 540 kcal. This recipe came about because the store-bought naan bread in the package had already broken several times.
