Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 bunch radishes, sliced
- 1 handful of watercress
- 1 lettuce, (head lettuce), torn
- 1 small onion(s), grated
- Herbs, mixed, fresh, or frozen
- Chives, in fine rolls
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place all the vegetables in a bowl. Prepare a spicy sauce with lemon juice, oil, salt, and sugar and gently mix the ingredients.
