Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g red cabbage, very finely sliced or cut
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. lemon juice
- 100 g fig(s), chopped
- 2 medium-sized oranges, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 2 m.-sized banana(s), peeled, sliced
- 4 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sprinkle the red cabbage with salt and sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Mash the cabbage with a potato masher for about 10 minutes until soft. Stir in the figs, oranges, and bananas. Let it marinate for a while. Drizzle with oil and season to taste.
