  • 600 g zucchini
  • 450 g apples
  • 300 g plums
  • 450 g blackberries
  • 1 kg gelling sugar 2:1

a fruity-fresh jam made from frozen fruits

I used all the ingredients for the jam from the freezer. Since so much is ripe in the garden at once, I always freeze a lot of things. Yes, including the zucchini. Of course, you can also make the recipe with fresh ingredients. If using fresh ingredients, first chop the apples and zucchini and core the plums. Put all the ingredients in a large pot and stir in the gelling sugar. Let the frozen ingredients thaw in the sugar, stirring frequently. Purée the mixture with a hand blender and then simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning! Pour the finished jam into preserving jars. Turn the jars upside down and let them cool.
