Tomato and mozzarella salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 250 g mozzarella, diced
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Basil, fresh or frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious and simple tomato salad, with yogurt dressing

Mix the yogurt with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Then season with basil, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar to taste. This amount makes a lot of sauce; if you don’t want that much, use only half. Add the tomatoes, mozzarella, and onion to the sauce. Stir everything thoroughly. Serve with toast or baguette.
