Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g whole wheat flour
- 200 ml water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for 5 pieces, whole grain
Sift flour into a large bowl. Gradually add the water, then add the olive oil and salt, and knead everything well with a mixer. Once the dough is smooth and no longer sticks to your hands, form it into a log and let it rest, covered, for about 20 minutes. Divide the log into 5 pieces, shape each piece into a ball, and roll out into thin flatbreads with a little flour. Bake the flatbreads in a non-stick pan without oil at medium heat, filling them as desired.
