Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150 g almonds, chopped or ground
- 60 g ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, vegan
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pepper, medium hot
- optional spice(s) of your choice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Almond-flaxseed patties with, raw food option
Grind the almonds and flaxseeds in a blender until smooth. Deseed, wash, and finely chop the peppers. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Season to taste. Now form two medium-sized or six small patties. Patty pans used for meat are also suitable for this. For raw foodists, the patties are now ready. If you prefer them crispy, you can fry them briefly on each side for about two minutes. They taste great with dips or salad.
