Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 handful of olives, black
- 1 handful of green olives
- ½ lime(s), untreated, zest and juice
- some pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
as tapas or side dish to the starter
Drain the olives, let them drain, and place them in a small bowl. Wash half a lime, pat it dry, grate the zest, and add it to the olives. Squeeze the lime and pour the juice over the olives. Now grind everything with a little pepper, then mix everything well and let it sit for about an hour before serving.
