Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 pita bread(s)
  • 200 g Brussels sprouts (alternatively frozen)
  • 100 g arugula
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch(s) cumin powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

With cumin

1. Bake the pita breads according to the package instructions. Trim the Brussels sprouts (or frozen), blanch them in plenty of boiling salted water for 2 minutes, drain, and keep warm. Sort and wash the arugula, spin dry, and roughly chop. Quarter and core the apple, slice it, and mix with the lemon juice. 2. Finely dice the shallot and mix with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix the Brussels sprouts, arugula, and apples with the oil dressing. Add to the warm pita breads. Per serving: 11 g protein, 11 g fat, 54 g carbohydrates = 388 kcal (1637 kJ)
