Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 335 g whole milk
- 90 g cream
- 40 g sugar
- 35 g durum wheat semolina
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes
Bring the whole milk to a boil with the cream, sugar, and salt. Stir in the durum wheat semolina and remove the pot from the heat. Let it swell for about 20 minutes with the lid on, stirring occasionally. Pour the pudding into two small bowls and chill in the refrigerator. Tip: If you don’t like the skin, you can place cling film directly on top of the pudding to prevent it from forming.
