Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tortilla(s) (tortilla flatbread), approx. 60 g each
- 200 g apples, peeled and sliced
- 60 g currants, cleaned
- 25 g almonds, ground
- 100 g cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 pt. Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- n. B. cinnamon sugar
- n. B. blossom honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
When it’s urgent.
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Switch to fan-assisted mode only when baking. Whisk together the cream, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest until smooth and spread with a spoon on the tortilla, leaving a 1 cm border free. Sprinkle with almonds and top with apple slices and currants. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and drizzle with honey. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 9-10 minutes. The edges should brown visibly. Serve the tarte flambée hot.
