Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • Sweet lupins (press cake from 55 g of meal)
  • 4 tsp, leveled ajvar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ¼ small onion(s), possibly more
  • 6 cm zucchini, small, with skin
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 dashes lemon juice
  • some parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

vegan, low carb, with press cake from milk production

The press cake is made from sweet lupin milk. You can find the recipe in my recipes. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small cubes, still with the skin on. Finely chop the parsley. Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste. Pointed bell peppers can be used instead of zucchini. Garlic can also be substituted with house garlic.
