Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Without bread or flatbread, absolutely delicious!

First, cut the chicken breast fillet into very small pieces and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce leaves and arugula and pat dry. Unroll the mozzarella roll and spread the balsamic cream evenly over the surface. Place the lettuce leaves on the right side. Add the fried chicken pieces up to the middle, then the onion on top. Place the zucchini slices in the middle and three thin tomato slices on top. Spread sour cream on the tomatoes, season with salt, and arrange a few arugula leaves on top. Leave the left side of the roll free. Now roll up from the right side and place on the open side. Or simply fold it shut. If everything is sliced nice and thin, the filling won’t be too much. Serve the remaining tomato with the balsamic cream and basil. Best eaten with a knife and fork; not so good for eating by hand. A great roll that tastes amazing.
