Zucchini, tomatoes and feta with bratwurst from the air fryer

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 sausages
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • ½ pack of feta cheese, approx. 100 g
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp broth, granulated
  • 1 shot of water
  • 1 tbsp oil, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • Herbs of Provence, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Slice the sausages and fry them with the oil in a casserole dish for 5 minutes at 180°C. Meanwhile, roughly chop the onion and garlic cloves and add them. Stir and fry for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with a little water, stir in the granulated stock, and season with Provençal herbs, pepper, and salt. Add the coarsely chopped zucchini. Stir again and fry for another 5 minutes at 180°C; the zucchini should still have some bite. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. Finally, add the diced feta, stir again, and let it melt for about 5 minutes. This was a very tasty, light meal.
