Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g seeds (chia seeds)
  • 220 ml water, still
  • 4 g cocoa powder, slightly defatted (approx. 1 heaped tsp)
  • 2 g cinnamon powder, approx. 1 dipped tsp
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder
  • 1 banana(s), ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

Mix the chia seeds with the cocoa, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add the water, mix well, and let it swell in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, cut the banana into small pieces and mix in.
