Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 medium-sized bell peppers
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp diced ham
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peppers filled with ham and scrambled eggs
Remove the stems from the peppers so they have a round hole at the top. Remove all the seeds and place the peppers in a small, greased baking dish. Crack the eggs into a bowl, mix with a fork, and season with salt and pepper. Add a little oil to a pan and lightly fry the ham cubes over medium heat. Then add the egg and let it set. Then stuff the scrambled eggs into the peppers, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 8 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat in a preheated oven.
