Leek rolls with ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g leek
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 1 dl cream
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the leek, halve it lengthwise, wash it, cut it into 10 cm pieces, and blanch it for 2 minutes. Spread the blanched leek on the ham slices, roll them up, and place them in a gratin dish. Mix together the sour cream, cream, and grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the cream mixture over the leek rolls and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the upper half of the oven at 220°C for 15-20 minutes.
