Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 8 turkey schnitzels
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • 2 pkt. cheese, grated
  • 600 g whipped cream
  • 1 pack of sauce powder for pepper sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Grease a baking sheet. Place sliced ​​onions on the baking sheet. Pound the schnitzel, season, and place it on top of the onions. Top with the lightly seasoned minced meat. Layer the leeks, tomatoes, and mushrooms, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 190°C for 50-60 minutes. Mix the pepper sauce with the cream and pour it over the baked mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes.
