- 1 pineapple, approx. 800 g pulp
- 1 orange(s), approx. 400 g
- 3 carrots, approx. 175 g
- 2 tsp, heaped chia seeds

Pineapple-orange-carrot smoothie
Wash and peel the oranges and carrots, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the blender. Peel the pineapple, remove the core from the center, cut the flesh into small pieces, and add it to the oranges and carrots. Blend on high for 20-30 seconds. Then add the chia seeds and blend for another 5 seconds until the seeds are well blended.
