Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 70 g lamb’s lettuce
- 3 stalks of basil
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 300 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 piece(s) ginger, nut-sized
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the lettuce and basil. Finely chop the banana, kiwi, and ginger. Place them in a smoothie maker along with the juices or blend with an immersion blender for about 45-60 seconds. Then add the oil and salt and blend briefly again.
