Green smoothie with cucumber, spinach and apple

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g organic cucumber(s)
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 apple, green-skinned
  • 300 ml apple juice
  • some ginger, peeled, grated
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the vegetables and fruit. Cut the cucumber and apple (without cores) into pieces and puree them in a blender along with the spinach, ginger, and apple juice. Season with lemon juice.
