Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-carb

Drain the tuna thoroughly, pressing it dry with your hands over the sink if necessary. Place it in a bowl and add the eggs, quark, oatmeal, and salt. Mix everything well and form into 4 meatballs. Fry the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
