Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g fish, smoked
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Heat some oil in a small pan and briefly fry the finely chopped smoked fish. Whisk the egg with milk, a little salt (the fish is salty!), and pepper, and add to the pan. Stir constantly until set and serve immediately.
