Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 zucchini, very large, or several small zucchini
- 3 garlic cloves, or more
- Salt
- pepper
- 100 ml olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
prepared under the grill
Cut the zucchini into approximately 3mm thick slices. Arrange them fan-shaped on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped garlic, and drizzle generously with olive oil. Grill under the broiler for about 10 minutes. Serves excellently with pan-fried meat drizzled with balsamic reduction. Serve with jacket potatoes and herb quark, for example.
