Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggplant(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- 1 sprig(s) basil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice the eggplant, sprinkle with salt, and let drain for 20 minutes. Rinse and pat dry. Fry in oil until browned on each side. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve sprinkled with finely sliced garlic and torn basil leaves.
