Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml mango juice
- 30 g chia seeds
- 100 g strawberries
- 100 g blueberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes
Combine the mango juice and chia seeds in a bowl, let it swell, and stir occasionally. Refrigerate overnight. The next day, wash and chop the strawberries. Add them to the bowl along with the blueberries and stir.
