easy and fast

Bring water for the pasta to a boil in a pot, add salt, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Open the cans of tuna, pour the oil into a pan, and heat. Finely dice the onion and sauté in the hot oil until translucent. Add the tuna and stir in the onion. Deglaze everything with the cream and bring to a boil. Add the granulated stock and simmer the tuna cream sauce over low heat for about 5 minutes, until it thickens slightly. Stir occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Now stir the cooked and drained pasta into the sauce and mix. Serve in portions on plates. A green leaf or tomato salad goes very well with the sauce as a side dish.
