Peach sour cream with cinnamon sugar

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 can peach(s) (halves), lightly sugared
  • e.g. cinnamon
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Stir the sour cream with the vanilla sugar until smooth. Cut the peaches into small pieces. Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Stir the peaches into the sour cream, then carefully fold in the cream. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, if desired (we like this: the more the merrier). This amount is enough for 2 fairly large servings (more like a sweet main course) or 4 smaller (dessert) servings.
