Arugula salad with mozzarella, peaches, raw ham and honey dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of arugula
  • 4 peaches
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • n. B. Olive oil, approx. 4 – 5 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce and place it in a suitable bowl. Then cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces. Tear the mozzarella into pieces (looks better than cutting it) and add them. Then add the ham. For the dressing, add about 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil to a glass and stir in the honey. Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix everything together. Tip: Serve with white bread and use it to dip the dressing later. Tastes delicious!
