Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 800 g pork fillet(s)
- 1 pack of Béarnaise sauce
- 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 cans of asparagus
- 2 can/n mushrooms (or fresh)
- 1 can peas (or frozen)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the fillet and sear. Mix the sauces with the cream well. Place all ingredients in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over the meat. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1.5 to 3.5 hours. Serve with pasta, spaetzle, croquettes, or fries.
