Raspberry dream with 'whips'

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
  • 250 g cream
  • 400 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml rum
  • 2 tbsp sugar, white
  • 8 tbsp sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Variation of the Raspberry Dream

If frozen, thaw the raspberries in a sieve, then transfer them to a bowl. Add the rum and white sugar, mix gently, and let stand for 30 minutes. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar packet until stiff peaks form. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and fold in the whipped cream. Divide the raspberries among dessert glasses. Top each with the yogurt and cream mixture. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Leave uncovered in the refrigerator overnight so the sugar can crystallize. The layer will become very hard. It’s easy to make ahead! For children, you can of course omit the alcohol.
