Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 120 g milk
- 50 g coconut milk
- 150 g yogurt (fruit yogurt), 0.1% fat (e.g. blueberry)
- 2 handfuls of fruit, frozen, thawed (varietal according to taste, e.g. wild berries)
- Honey

Combine milk, coconut milk, yogurt, and thawed fruit in a tall mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender. Then season with honey and pour into tall glasses.
