Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g milk
  • 50 g coconut milk
  • 150 g yogurt (fruit yogurt), 0.1% fat (e.g. blueberry)
  • 2 handfuls of fruit, frozen, thawed (varietal according to taste, e.g. wild berries)
  • Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine milk, coconut milk, yogurt, and thawed fruit in a tall mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender. Then season with honey and pour into tall glasses.
