Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp, strained mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt, mild
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh or freeze-dried
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder, hot or mild
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly milk, as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the mustard, salt, sugar, and paprika until smooth. Add the sour cream a spoonful at a time and stir until creamy. Now fold in the chives, if desired, and an additional 1-2 tablespoons of milk (if desired). Let the dip sit for about 5 minutes and then serve. It tastes great with warm bread and baked potatoes.
