Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g Gouda, Emmental, mountain cheese or mixed
- 100 g gherkins
- 100 g grapes, red or blue or mixed
- 100 g leeks, white part only, or spring onion(s)
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp herbs e.g. rosemary, sage, parsley, oregano, thyme
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
e.g. as a side dish for grilling
Cut the cheese into cubes. Chop the gherkins. Halve or quarter the grapes if necessary. Finely chop the leek or spring onion. Place the ingredients in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise and crème fraîche. Finely chop the herbs and add them to the mixture. Mix everything together. Let the salad sit for about 1 hour and then enjoy.
