Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g oat flakes
  • 360 ml water
  • 240 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 banana(s), sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 8 nuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Add the oats to boiling water. Add the salt and simmer over low heat for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the milk and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Divide the oatmeal between 2 bowls and top with banana slices, honey, and nuts. This dish is worth 10 SmartPoints per person.
