Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g pumpkin seeds
- 40 g black sesame seeds
- 50 g flaxseed meal
- 50 g chia seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g oat bran
- 2 tbsp psyllium husks
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Whisk all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper. Bake for 50 minutes. The finished loaf should sound hollow when tapped on the back. Let the loaf cool before slicing.
