Baked feta cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 4 small cherry tomatoes, halved
  • some olives
  • a few garlic cloves, pickled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 9 minutes

quick and easy from the microwave

Place the feta cheese in a deep plate, such as a soup bowl. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it, then arrange it on top of the feta. Arrange the pickled garlic cloves, halved cherry tomatoes, and olives on and around the feta. Season with salt and pepper, but be careful with the salt, as feta itself is salty. Sprinkle with herbs if desired. Drizzle some olive oil over the feta and microwave for 4 minutes at approximately 800 watts.
