Sour cream sauce for pelmeni

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tbsp herbs, e.g. chives, parsley, onions, garlic, frozen
  • some sugar
  • some pepper
  • possibly chili powder or a peperoncino, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix everything together and season to taste. The sauce goes perfectly with Russian pelmeni. I don’t make them myself, though; I buy them from a well-stocked or Russian supermarket.
