Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 50 g almonds, ground
- 50 g poppy seeds
- 50 g flaxseed meal
- 50 g chia seeds
- 50 g walnuts, chopped
- 30 g coconut flour
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp, heaped salt
- 2 tsp bread spice mix
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Low-carb
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir, and wait until the mixture thickens. With wet hands, form a loaf of bread. Use a knife to make small incisions on the top and spread them slightly. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes, until the bread reaches an internal temperature of 94°C or sounds hollow when tapped. Let cool.
