Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g oat flakes
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • n. B. Nuts
  • e.g. flax seeds and/or chia seeds
  • n. B. Kerne

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Combine all the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour the dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for about 55 minutes. Note: The bread freezes well and will stay fresh for about 5 days. My doctor recommended this recipe because it has minimal impact on my blood sugar levels (prediabetes).
