Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g buckwheat
- 800 g spelt
- 3 tsp salt
- 800 ml water, filtered
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 cup(s) flaxseed
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
For bread maker or oven (loaf pan)
Activate the yeast in lukewarm water (until it foams slightly). Mix all ingredients thoroughly or process in a bread maker (whole wheat setting). For those without a bread maker, let the dough rise for 1/2 hour, then knead thoroughly and let it rise for another 1/2 hour. Pour the dough into a loaf pan greased with olive oil. Bake in the oven (preheated to 180°C) for about 50 minutes. Done.
