Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 banana(s), ripe
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 200 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 100 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Low-fat energy source for sports competitions

First, thoroughly puree the bananas. Then add the eggs and milk and mix with the banana puree. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms. The batter should have a cake batter consistency. If it’s too thick, stir in a little more milk. Finally, bake the banana bread in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 50 minutes. If necessary, cut a slit lengthwise along the top of the batter after 10 minutes.
