Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g leaf lettuce
- 2 peaches
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 9 tbsp olive oil
- 5 radishes
- n. B. Mixed nuts of your choice
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp honey, liquid

delicious and healthy
Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Wash the peaches, remove the stones, and cut into wedges. Wash the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into wide strips. Pit, peel, and slice the avocado. Wash the radishes and cut them into pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the peaches for 3 minutes on each side. Deglaze with agave syrup, then set aside and let cool. Toss the leaf lettuce with all the ingredients. Mix the remaining olive oil with 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
