Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and carrots and sauté. Finally, add the zucchini and sauté for another 10 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool slightly. Then season with egg, crème fraîche, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Arrange the ham wraps on the puff pastry, add the filling, and roll up. Brush with egg and bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
