Quick lemon yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • some honey
  • possibly cinnamon
  • possibly vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Squeeze and hollow out a lemon. Mix the lemon juice with the yogurt and sweeten with honey if desired. Add cinnamon and vanilla, if desired, and refill the lemon wrap with the mixture. Place everything in the freezer for about 1 hour.
