Yogurt ice cream with raspberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries or other fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

Super diet ice cream!!!

Place the yogurt container in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove the lid, stir the yogurt vigorously, and refreeze. Repeat until it reaches the right consistency. (Softer or firmer, depending on your taste.) Thaw raspberries or other fruit (microwave) and pour over the finished ice cream. I like the fruit to be still warm.
