Grilling for men
Form a mesh from the bacon strips on baking paper. Mix the ground beef with the BBQ rub and carefully spread it over the mesh, leaving a small edge. Spread the spinach and cheese on top, and then the feta in the middle. Spread a little BBQ sauce on top and sprinkle with chili or top with fresh chili. Now carefully but tightly roll the bomb using the baking paper. Make sure the ends are sealed. The grill should be at a temperature of around 150°C (+/- 10°C). Place an aluminum tray upside down on the grill grate, then place the bomb on top and grill for 120-150 minutes. The bomb should have an internal temperature of around 70°C. I usually place a bowl of hot water between the coals.
